Welcome to EbooksForEveryone. By using our website and purchasing our e-books, you agree to the terms of service below. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. Digital Delivery

Our products are exclusively digital e-books. After completing your payment, you will receive the e-book by email or via a direct download link. Delivery typically takes place immediately after purchase.

2. No Right of Withdrawal

Under European legislation, the right of withdrawal (the 14-day cooling-off period) does not apply to digital products when:

  • delivery begins immediately after purchase, and

  • the consumer expressly agrees to immediate delivery and waives the right of withdrawal at the time of purchase.

By placing your order, you agree to these terms. Once delivery has started, your right to cancellation or refund expires.

3. Intellectual Property

All e-books sold through this website are the intellectual property of Noal Rumah or its licensors. By purchasing an e-book, you obtain a personal, non-transferable license to read the work for personal use.

You are not permitted to:

  • copy, distribute, or share the e-books with third parties

  • resell, upload, or publish them on other platforms

  • modify them or create derivative works without written permission

Violation of these terms may result in legal action.

4. Liability

We make every effort to provide accurate and functional digital products. If you receive a defective file, it will be replaced free of charge.

However, we are not liable for:

  • consequential or indirect damages resulting from the use of our e-books

  • technical issues on your side, such as incompatibility with your device or email problems

  • damage caused by improper use of the content

Our maximum liability is, in all cases, limited to the amount you paid for the product.

5. Governing Law

All agreements are governed by Dutch law, regardless of the country from which the order is placed. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

6. Changes

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. The most recent version will always be available on our website. By making a purchase or using our website after changes have been made, you automatically accept the updated terms.
